RETURN AND EXCHANGE

At Lavanya Ahuja, all products are made with utmost care, ensuring strict quality control. As all styles are made-to-order, we do not accept returns.

However, your product is eligible for exchange if it meets the following conditions:

MANUFACTURING DEFECT

In case of a defective product, please notify us by email (info@lavanyaahuja.com) within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

• Order Number
• Delivery Address
• Reason for return, along with images of the item

The product will undergo strict quality check by our team upon receipt after which we will notify you by email to confirm if the exchange request has been accepted. The items should be returned to us in unused, unworn and perfect condition along with the invoice, price tag and any packaging such as pouches, dust bags etc sold as part of the product intact within 7 working days after the exchange request is accepted.

INCORRECT SIZE

We will be happy to alter the item(s) in case of sizing issues. Please notify us of the same by email (info@lavanyaahuja.com) within 7 days of delivery. The items should be returned to us in unused, unworn and perfect condition. No requests for alterations will be accepted after 7 days.

All exchanges will be subject to the following conditions:

• Lavanya Ahuja will not be held responsible for items lost in post, damaged in transit or held at customs.
• Damaged or soiled items will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer. Please ensure that the items are packed carefully to prevent any damage to the products or boxes during transit.
• All costs of the return are to be borne by the customer.

Products excluded from the Exchange policy:

• Accessories such as Bags, Face Masks, etc
• Discounted products

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

*Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, Lavanya Ahuja reserves a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
